I recently started managing an apartment complex in salt lake city and I can't praise these guys enough!! After a lot of tenants complaints about the dirty breezeways and windows I started looking for contractors and these guys EASILY provided us with the most thorough and detailed estimate out of the bunch. They were also A1 on property protection. They not only pressure washed our breezeways to perfection and left our windows spotless but they also finished earlier then expected on schedule which left everyone happy. Will absolutely keep them on an annual schedule.

Immediate quote response via text and email. Great LOCAL business to support in Salt Lake City. Were very cautious and considerate of property/landscape, and even checked all windows on ground level before power washing to evaluate any possible leakage issues that may occur. Communicative with homeowners before AND after the job, making sure we were satisfied. We had requested extra attention up at fascia/soffits in preparation of a planned painting/gutter project and they did a GREAT job. Sometimes you come to an agreement with a business owner/phone rep, but then have to re-explain everything to the guys who come out to do the actual work -- but the workers for Monster Washers were professional and prepared; the workers understood what we expected when they arrived. Reasonable price. I could've saved ~$15-20 bucks elsewhere but these guys did a great job and we like to keep our money local when we can. Our 2nd story roofline is very high up; compared to past experiences, these guys were able to do the job well. Would definitely use again. On time, professional, great communicators in person and over text/email.

I recently hired Monster Washers to pressure wash my 1700 square foot two-story house in Sugar House. It was a really great experience. They have excellent customer service, and the guys were friendly and hardworking. Most important, they did a superb job - the house looks way better than I expected. Their price was the best estimate I received and there was no upselling during the job. The whole experience was very pleasant, a rare thing nowadays. We hired them to clean out our gutters after moving in to a (new to us) home. We're new to maintaining a home with gutters / and a yard. Not surprised one bit by this young man's 5-star rating, Kobe's services were A-1, numero uno. I had some oil stains on my driveway and decided to reach out when I read his reviews (which he definitely lived up to). He returned my call promptly and came out same day to do the spot testing and give me a quote. Unfortunately, in today's day in age, things like honesty, courtesy, professionalism, responsiveness, etc. are no longer the standard, but Kobe exemplifies all of these things and more. Very polite and respectful, and he was up front about the cost, timeframe/scheduling, and likely outcome. No hidden costs/fees, no BS, and the work that he did was great. We didn't get the outcome I hoping for, but only b/c of the type of concrete and the depth/age of the stains. The end result was in line with what he discussed with me prior to the job. He was able to lighten the stains significantly so I was happy about that, but the driveway just needs to be redone, there's just no way around it, unfortunately. Overall, 10/10 would recommend and will use again if ever needed. Thanks, Kobe!

Kobe is one of the nicest and hardest working guys I’ve ever met. I needed my house, gutters, and windows cleaned. Kobe set realistic expectations when providing a quote and scheduled time the following week. He arrived on-time and immediately started working. Not many businesses today respond when they say they will, not the case with Monster Washers. They were prompt from the start and provided us with a detailed estimate that was cheaper than FIVE other quotes. They also drove a ways out to come serve us in Salt Lake, and the work exceeded our expectations. Our house looked so much better after pressure washing, and some oil stains were cleared up a bit on our driveway which we didn't expect. This company was amazing! His price was totally fair, and then he started washing and IT WAS AMAZING! He was there for so long and spent so much time hand scrubbing every surface of the front of our house! He really cares about what he does and uses so many products that are safe for our paint! Very reliable and honest. I called to have them clean some really nasty foggy looking stains on my windows, they came on time and gave reminders for the job. Windows came out near perfect, there were some small stains left over which they explained over the phone might happen due to how strong and old the stains might be. Definitely will hire again if needed.

Very honest work. I had some calcium deposit on my brick home that hasn't been cleaned in 100+ years, he let me know that most likely all the stains won't come off due to the condition of the surface, which was true as after the job there was still some barely noticeable light stains leftover. He gave me a heads up on when he would arrive and answered any questions I had and set honest expectations. Also charged a fair price. Will hire again if needed.

We had Kobe detail both mine and my wife’s vehicles. He showed up when scheduled, and did a phenomenal job!
